First meet up

Once you have decided on working with us, we will schedule a meeting and visit your property. Our agent will give you a presentation with a thorough price opinion. This presentation will include price analysis on market research of other properties with similar features of your property. Our agent will also give a specific explanation on the selling process. 


The preparation

Once you have signed the listing agreement, it’s time for your to start getting your home ready for the public eyes. It is advisable to pack your personal day-to-day items and remove clutters so we can schedule a professional staging if necessary and then book a photoshoot. 

This process will give potential buyers a vision of your space and how they can convert it to the home of their dreams.
Once the modification is done, we will create impressive marketing and offer your property to high-producing real estate companies and qualified clients.

 


       Offers & Negotiations

When a potential client makes an offer on your property, we will make a thorough review with you. 

Most of the time, the property owner chooses to make a counter offer to the buyer to get a higher price point, shorter closing period etc.
After negotiation and coming to an agreement with potential buyer, seller and buyer will sign the purchase agreement and we will move into notarization process.

Notarization

​

Now that we have secured a buyer and sign purchase agreement, all necessary documents will be processed at the Notary office.
The Notary will complete the title research and make sure the property is ready to be sold and transferred.

The Notary will handle the escrowing of the buyer’s down payment including the purchase price.
This transaction process has a duration of 2-3 months closing period.
